Eligibility for Returns
- Product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Product received is incorrect vs. confirmed order
- Manufacturing defects verified by JIT Asia
- Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Product unused, uninstalled, original packaging
- All accessories & manuals must be included
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Customized or special-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modification
- Consumable items that have been opened or used (e.g., solder wire, flux, cleaning chemicals)
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective)

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to JIT Asia’s error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on agreement.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, we will ship the replacement product after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
