2. Non-Returnable Items

If the return is due to JIT Asia’s error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return transit.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
