Are you ready to launch your international sales career in the electronics industry? JIT Industrial Asia is expanding into Mexico, and we’re looking for 02–04 dynamic Electronic Sales Engineers to join our growing global team.

💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop key accounts including top manufacturers (Foxconn, Jabil, Asus).
- Identify new sales opportunities via market research, cold calls, networking, and relationship-building in the electronics industry (OEMs, EMS, etc.).
- Promote and support electronic assembly chemicals like thermal paste, UV glue, solder, solder paste, …
- Provide technical support and training on product use and applications.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to propose customized, feasible solutions for clients.
- Regularly visit customers and report to the International Sales Director.
- Drive business development in both Mexico and the U.S. market.
🎯 Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates welcome! (Experienced candidates preferred—min. 3 years in B2B sales or technical sales in electronics are highly valued).
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients in-person.
