  • The SEC-S400ZL is an in-line automated vacuum potting / dispensing system with two-part material mixing. It is capable of mixing A/B epoxy or adhesive components, performing vacuum degassing, then dispensing / potting onto modules or components under vacuum.

  • The system uses an XYZ Cartesian robot to move the dispensing nozzle, combined with a powerful vacuum pump — enabling it to process high-viscosity materials and complex two-part compounds, making it suitable for potting, encapsulation, or demanding dispensing applications.

  • The machine offers a high degree of automation: automatic refilling of materials, vacuum degassing, precise metering, mixing, and continuous dispensing — all in a fully inline automated flow.
